New Account Sign-up (NAS) Improvement – F&I

Doing business with Zurich made easier

A better and easier way to sign-up new F&I accounts as well as enroll existing customers with current product offerings. The previous method of signing up a customer involved numerous forms, cumbersome paperwork efforts, and a struggle to ensure all necessary forms were accounted for.

Improvements

  • Redesigned all F&I NAS documents to create a consistent look and fillable capabilities
  • Combined Master Agreements with product schedules
  • Enabled a completely paperless process for account sign-up utilizing DocuSign
  • Set up NAS forms/process for future enhancements

Benefits

  • Interactive and dynamic forms are fillable and easily allows for unlimited rooftop entries
  • Supporting our sustainability initiatives by eliminating the need to physically print and sign account paperwork and allowing digital signatures
  • When DocuSign is used, notifications are immediately sent when the form(s) are signed, or if there is any other action needed
  • The completely paperless process enables a faster turn-around time to sign new business
  • Existing customers will benefit from this enhancement when any changes are needed (e.g., new rooftops and/or adding additional products).
