Opening doors for growth and success at RCIS
It is always hard to follow a strong act. We know the promotion of two of our own, Linda Bock and Linda Hood, can do just that, as Steve Veno, Vice President of RCIS Business Operations, moves to retirement.
Steve has led the charge of RCIS Business Operations for the past 11 years, including the Regional Service Offices. On August 2, he will retire from an over 44-year career in Banking, Insurance and Real Estate management.
“I extend thanks from the entire RCIS team to Steve for always bringing excellence and focus on the customer in everything he has done,” shared Mike Day, Business Head, RCIS. “His can-do attitude and always taking time to share in fun will be missed.
The best to Steve as he works to perfect his golf game, advise anyone who hasn’t perfected their golf game, and spend time with his wife and their daughters’ families.”

Linda Bock has over 23 years of experience in crop insurance and more than 15 years of management experience.
Her knowledge of all aspects of crop insurance is among the very best in the industry. In addition to Linda’s previous responsibilities, Product Strategy Group Management, Technical Account Managers,
Private Product Operations, the Error Resolution & Training teams, Claims Business Systems and CIMax® policy systems now report directly to her.
Linda Hood has over 25 years of insurance management experience and more than 30 years in business operations. She has an extensive background leading customer-focused teams in Property & Casualty, Flood and Crop Insurance. She is responsible for the direct management of the following areas: Regional Service Offices (Winston-Salem, Anoka, Sioux Falls, Fresno), Claims Processing and Print Shop & Records Management.
