RCIS CILearnSM site

Using our CILearn system, all your training information is in one place. From the Learner home page, you can see your upcoming registered sessions, or those you’re in the process of taking. Review your transcript for completed trainings. For all training opportunities on federal crop insurance programs, private products and RCIS software, use the Browse for Training or Search features in the CILearn site. Access the site from the RCIS.com for Agents portal.

Instructor-led training

We provide training delivered by industry-leading experts on crop insurance and RCIS software. The CILearn Events Calendar lists dates and locations for upcoming training sessions. You can view current course offerings and select the date and time that works for your schedule. Our courses follow the crop insurance cycle so your training can be completed prior to selling, servicing and processing your business.

Self-paced online courses and videos

Our self-paced online courses and videos allow you and your agency staff to learn more about crop insurance and how to process crop insurance information using our proprietary software products, right from your desk. The CILearn system can be accessed anytime day or night so you can complete training at your convenience.

Training materials

All materials used during agent training sessions are available in the CILearn system, to help you with staff training at your agency. Materials include the training job-aids and RCIS CIMax® Acreage Reporting and FarmMapsSM Participant Guides.
